Biography
As Director of Workforce Solutions at PwC, Michael Schiro drives innovative learning, strategic change, and AI-enabled transformation programs that help organizations adopt emerging technology, modernize their operations, and enhance employee experiences.
With over 15 years of experience across professional services, nonprofit, and education sectors, Michael has led transformations for Fortune 100 companies and global organizations. His work includes designing AI-driven workforce strategies and enabling transformations of both customers and workforces at scale.
Michael earned his MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where he received the School of Education and Social Policy’s Alumni Leadership Award. He also earned a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, where he helped develop the university’s first living-learning community.
