Graduate Certificate in Organizational Dynamics
About the Certificate
Students admitted to the MOD program will have the option to earn a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Dynamics by completing a four-course sequence and the associated co-curricular elements. This certificate provides an alternative to completing the MOD degree for students who cannot complete the full degree within one year.
A certificate will be earned upon completion of four courses taken as a MOD graduate student: at least one core course from each pillar plus an elective, as approved by the MOD program adviser. Prospective students who already have earned a bachelor's degree and who meet the MOD admissions requirements may apply to pursue the MOD certificate, following the same degree application procedures. Courses completed as a Northwestern undergraduate student will not count toward the certificate requirements.
