Biography

Bobbie Sue Wolk has coached leaders and professionals on every continent except Antarctica. A strengths-based executive coach, Bobbie integrates emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and evidence-based coaching practices to help clients achieve meaningful, sustainable success. Every engagement is thoughtfully customized to align with each client’s goals, challenges, and aspirations.

In addition to her coaching work, Bobbie is an accountant, which gives her a rare ability to bridge human behavior with financial decision-making. She teaches executive coaching at Northwestern University and the College of Executive Coaching. She has also taught leadership courses at Washington State University.

Bobbie is known for her ability to form deep, authentic partnerships with her clients—helping them identify what may be holding them back while intentionally leveraging their strengths to move them forward with clarity and confidence.

She holds degrees in Accounting (BS), Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MS), and Behavioral Finance and Financial Psychology (MC). Bobbie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation; a Board-Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education; and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.
