About the Program
The Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics program is a full-time, accelerated master’s degree designed for recent college graduates with less than two years of full-time work experience. It builds critical skills in problem-solving, leadership, and change management to prepare students to lead transformative organizational change across industries.

- You’ll attend most classes in person on Northwestern’s Evanston campus, just minutes from Chicago, with some remote course options available.
