Biography

With over 27 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Dr. Malika Viltz-Emerson is a Global Executive Leader, overseeing the full ecosystem of People & Business Optimization, Learning & Development, Human Resources Strategies and Enterprise Implementations, for a diverse and dynamic workforce.

She has an always learning growth mindset. As a leader, she adopts a transformational, collaborative, coaching, and inclusive approach to people management.

Malika's mission is to identify and address real-world challenges and opportunities for organizations and their people; while also designing and implementing optimal solutions which leverage engagement, technologies, and processes. She's passionate about developing innovative and sustainable ways of working and enabling the readiness and success of people in an agile and evolving world.

Her career includes pivotal work at Microsoft, where she played an instrumental role in the strategy and design of integrating AI into HR, focusing on digital transformation, employee experience, talent and learning. She utilizes a data-focused, strategic, and impactful approach to program and project management.
