As a compassionate and values-driven change leader, Christine founded (re)CENTERED Partners, a leadership team effectiveness consultancy, after roles including Director of Organizational Development, Chief Strategy Officer, Interim CEO, and President. She has guided teams through rapid change, crises, and leadership transitions. Christine mentors emerging leaders to seize pivotal moments with authenticity.
