Strategic Change Management Certificate Curriculum Overview
Develop as a Change Leader
Explore the nature of organizational change and how to design successful strategic change efforts. Look deeply at the theory and practices behind learning, human performance, and social networks in organizational settings – all of which provide levers for leading and managing change. Finally, learn consulting methods and tools that will help you be a more effective change leader with internal and external clients.
Drive Organizational Transformation
To earn the Strategic Change Management (SCM) Certificate, students complete the following five courses:
- Accelerating Learning and Performance
- Applying People Analytics
- Building Transformational Client Relationships
- Designing Sustainable Strategic Change
- Executing Strategic Change
Choose Your Own Adventure
The SCM Certificate offers students the rigor of the MSLOC degree with the flexibility to learn at your own pace. Take a deep dive and finish your five courses in as little as six months, or take your time and complete them over up to three years while working full-time.
