Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate students learn to lead change with a spirit of co-creation.
A new cohort begins every Fall quarter. Certificate candidates complete four required courses, plus additional cohort learning activities, during the one-year program.
All classes are in our hybrid format, which allows you to pursue the certificate no matter where you live in the US. For each course, classes meet virtually throughout the term and assemble for a 2.5-day in-person session on the Evanston campus.
You may choose to earn your certificate as an additional credential to the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) by integrating it within the 15 credits required for the degree. Sequence the certificate and degree according to your schedule and priorities.
You may choose to earn your certificate as a stand-alone graduate program credential by completing the four required courses plus cohort learning activities over one year.
Pursue a standalone certificate, earn a certificate alongside your MSLOC degree, or explore executive education options. Learn more!.
