Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate
About the Program
Lead change by putting people-focused strategies at the center of your change efforts. Accelerate your career by learning design practices and explore new ways to drive organizational effectiveness through collaborative technology, organizational design, and people analytics.
Become skilled at tackling difficult challenges in an organization’s people strategy and have a set of practical tools and frameworks to advance your career.
A new cohort begins every Fall quarter. Certificate candidates complete four required courses, plus additional cohort learning activities, during the one-year program.
All classes are in our hybrid format, which allows you to pursue the certificate no matter where you live in the US. For each course, classes meet virtually throughout the term and assemble for a 2.5-day in-person session on the Evanston campus.
Degree plus Certificate Option
You may choose to earn your certificate as an additional credential to the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) by integrating it within the 15 credits required for the degree. Sequence the certificate and degree according to your schedule and priorities.
You may choose to earn your certificate as a stand-alone graduate program credential by completing the four required courses plus cohort learning activities over one year.
