About the Program

Ready for graduate-level work but not ready to commit to a full (or another) master’s degree yet? Our Learning and Organizational Change Certificate is a great choice for experienced professionals who wish to develop additional expertise across the MSLOC program’s three core areas of study: learning and performance, strategy and knowledge, and strategic change.

Five Courses. Take Your Pick.

To earn the Learning and Organizational Change Certificate, students complete any combination of five of the following courses:

• Advancing Learning and Performance Solutions
• Applying People Analytics
• Cognitive Design
• Creating and Sharing Knowledge
• Designing Sustainable Strategic Change
• Executing Strategic Change
• Leading with Strategic Thinking

Choose Your Own Adventure

The LOC Certificate offers students the rigor of the MSLOC degree with the flexibility to learn at your own pace. Take a deep dive and finish your five courses in as little as six months, or take your time and complete them over up to three years while working full-time.

Path to Full Degree

All LOC Certificate courses are MSLOC graduate level courses. After starting your LOC Certificate, if you decide you would like to pursue a full degree, you can complete a bridge application and continue your studies. Your certificate courses will then count toward your degree requirements.
